ITS IMPORTANT TO FEEL GOOD
To start a new day, the very first thing we do is to wake up! now, we need to understand that waking up is a process. Our mind and body needs to be prepared for a new day. Remember! your whole day depends upon this process of waking up.As and when you open your eyes, don't just immediately get up off your bed. The first thing that is to be done is to lie down in your bed for atleast 5-10 minutes. Give yourself ,your mind and your body some time to be happy about the fact that its a new beginning , yet again. Think about something that gives you happiness,it can be anything (example: your dog, your favorite stuff, your parents, your boyfriend/girlfriend) . The key is to begin your day with a smile and a feeling of gratitude. This will lead you to a beautiful day ahead and a more positive one.
